Product brief

The perforated film unit is a casting film equipment specializing in the production of a variety of vacuum perforated films. When the resin in the molten state flows down from the extrusion die, a funnel-shaped hole-shaped film is formed on the film by vacuum suction. Vacuum perforated film has a special use function because it can filter liquid and is not easy to flow backward.

The perforated film produced by this unit is a one-time molding, which saves a lot of energy consumption than the traditional secondary perforation method. The whole machine is controlled by PLC program and adopts central touch screen operation to realize a fully automatic production process. At the same time, we have a variety of hole types for customers to choose, or according to customer specified hole types.

Application field

Perforated film is mainly used in personal care products such as diapers, sanitary napkins, etc. It can also be used in absorbent meat pads, dairy product packaging and agricultural applications.
