Product Brief

Breathable film unit is used to produce a kind of functional film with air permeability and water permeability. The film has a unique microporous structure after being processed by the MDO stretching device. These high-density microporous structures distributed in the film can allow water vapor molecules to pass through while blocking liquid penetration, hence the name "breathable membrane".

The extruder of this unit has a unique mixing effect on polyethylene breathable particles. The optimized design of the MDO longitudinal stretching device can ensure the uniform distribution of the micropore structure of the film. The equipment is also equipped with an online thickness gauge and online defect detection, which can strengthen the quality control of film paper products. The whole machine is controlled by PLC program and adopts central touch screen operation to realize a fully automatic production process.
